B16a2 idle fluctuate problem

I've got a b16a2 engine in a 92 civic eg hatch and my idle fluctuates. It fluctuates when I come to a stop but if I turn AC on it stops. Also I cleaned IACV already still doing it. What could I turn to next?

have you tried re bleeding the coolant system and free any air bubbles trapped? or check for air leak? cels?

How do I bleed my coolant system? Leaks on intake hoses? Cels as in any codes?

i usually leave cap open while car running for about 10-15 min..are any of ur vacuum hoses leaking around the intake manifold and cels yes as in codes does the cel light come on while car is running

Is there an FITV attached to your throttle body?

I'm not sure if there is a vacuum leak I tried spraying brake clean by all the possible leak areas and idle did not go up. And yes the check engine light comes on when engine warms up.
