If you take the iacv off and unhook everything then yes. you should be able to unbolt it turn it enough to spray the crap out of it with cleaner and give it a good scrub. Then once that is all back together see where you stand with your idle you could also ave a problem with the fitv if your car has one

Yes, the IACV is connected to two coolant hoses. Bleed the cooling system after reinstalling.

Both are a good idea and may fix the problem. If you have an FITV, also clean it. Is the CEL ON? Have you checked for vacuum/intake air leaks?

no vacuum leaks, and no cel on, just sometimes when engine warms up {NEW ENGINE} all brand new rebuilt,} it will have a slow small jumpy idle.

ok so i will do that to the iacv

also my bleeder is rght by my upper radiator hose ?

and what goes with the fitv ? also spray some carb cleaner ?

easy way to bleed the coolent is with a cold engine pop off the rad cap, fill it up and start the car up and let it run for 15-20 minutes til no more bubbles. top off coolent as necessary.

Small amount of fluid will leak, nothing to worry about. I used carb cleaner to clean mine but you can also use that Intake Manifold cleaner they sell at Autozone.
