Hey whats up. Just today my trunk opens but it gets stuck like ( when you open the hood you know how it gets stuck until you move the lever) its like that. But when i use my key and hold it on the open position it works, it opens fine, but if i dont use the key it gets stuck.

You guys think its the actuator or electric motor? are they the same thing?

Do other spare keys get stuck in your trunk?

 

Mine does the same, I think. I have to turn the key and lift up on the trunk to get it open. IDK what the problem with it is, never thoroughly investigated it.

 

There's a thread on itrca on how to fix it.
