Default Rewire fuel pump (relay getting to hot)

hi guys, Yesterday I rewire my walbro with a 30amp relay using 12ga wire.
The pump it's working excellent and the car feels awesome but i'm having a issue with the relay getting excessive hot. All is new and the wires are crimped and then solder.

This can be a Ground issue? I just put the ground to the seatbelt bolt just clean the area not grinding or sanded.

Idk man u may want to try to file down a lil where u grounded it just to get bare metal showing. Not saying this is ur fix but it's possible it will at least help.

Why did you change to a 30A main relay? Why are you using an aftermarket fuel pump?

I'm running a ls vtec turbo @ 17psi/ 393whp 279tq. and I was having problems with the pump voltage with some accessories turned on.

And the guys from Forced Induction recommend this.

Now the problem gone, but after 15 minutes I touched the relay and it was hot more than normally.

Main relays get hot. That's normal.
