Default 95 Civic Ex - shaky acceleration, low idle, 3 CEL codes

I Have a 95 honda civic ex
i have a zc block
the car start but when i accelerate it does it a bit shaky also when it is returning to idle position sometimes i will shut off sometimes it sounds like it will but does not

i have 3 check engine codes which are
code

3: map censor.
15: ignition output signal.
41: primary oxygen heater.

What head and ECU?

If you reset the ECU to clear codes, do all 3 codes return?

i have a p28 ecu and for the head am not sure! but its a vtech!
not sure how to reset all the codes!

how can u troubleshoot the iat sensor to clear the code 10?

if the p28 ECU is chipped and tuned it should work fine.

the ecu is not chipped or tunned. So their no way for the car to work properly with the p28 ecu?

Chopperkiller go on YouTube and type in Honda civic map censor and you will find a video on how to check the map censor

The codes are still their even if i reset the ecu!
Also how would i know what distributor would i need for the head?

there should be a code stamped on your Distributor ot's on one of the 3 ears the mounting bolts go through.

as long as the dissy you have mounts correctly you need the same code.
on my 97 GS-R B18C1 the code is TD-86U
on a D16Z6 the code is TD-44U

It's a zc block but the head is a 92 P08-1
It's because I swapped out the motor it had that's why am not sure because the old distributor doesn't fit it
