Ever since i switch everything back to stock (injectors, map sensor, ecu) from my turbo setup I've had this erractic idle. It goes from 1,500 to 3,000 non-stop. I had a cel for an 02 sensor so i replaced that. Now i get a code 19 which from the cel codes chart i found online is a Lock-up control solenoid. I dont have my shop manual with me so i have no idea where this is on the engine.
btw.. i changed the iac with one that is known good.

i just looked up the code on another chart. it says its for a automatic transmission lock-up solenoid. I just got this stock ecu from a friend. It says p28 on it. Could it still be an auto ecu? my cars a 5spd
