Default OBD1 in OBD2B Civic Distributor/CEL/Won't Crank

what's up HT. I'm having a few small problems with a LS swap I did into my 2000 Civic. The motor in question came off a 95 LS (JDM B18B), now my question is that I plugged in the entire harness and there is an extra plug on the distributor that is just there. would I need to get a jumper harness or leave it as is? I know I need an OBD1 ECU and jumper harness aswell, but I am confused if I need this aswell. btw, the car doesn't crank, threw a CEL for an O2 sensor I need to plug up and one for the crank sensor. thanks in advance.

You need an obd2 LS dizzy or an obd2 to obd1 jumper.
Also why did you try to crank it lol. And did your harness plug into the alternator?

just as I thought, I'm getting both Friday. so the extra plug is needed, correct and the car will not start without it? I'm a novice, to be honest, learning as I go. yeah, it did, it's an OBD2B alternator off a 2001 ITR.

You need the adapter, the obd2 LS won't plug and play either.
