OBD1 to OBD2
DON"T DO IT!!! OBDII is not programable. Swap the OBDI parts onto the LS engine and smog it as a OBDI engine.....not sure what year but that is all ya have to do man.
Oh and to answer you question......you need everything that comes with a "complete swap" for the LS, all sensors, distributor and injectors, anything that is going to be controlled by the ECU. But IMO, if you don't HAVE to convert to OBDII, don't!

You don't even have to do that if you have a 95 civic the 98 ls motor will plug straight in if you have the harness or you can rework ur civic harness, but if you do so you will need to cut the plug off of ur civic distributor and put it on the LS so that the integra distributor will plug into the civic harness. On the newer motors there is a secondary O2 sensor and a crank speed fluctuation sensor and a couple others. You will need an OBD1 ls ecu and when you plug ur new motor in the computer won't even look for those several sensors. Have fun!
