Your symptoms indicate that the program is not supplying the progressive data that it needs to. Other than any mechanical leaks that may have failed to mention. unfortunately, as "smart ***" as it is, this is more than likely the case. It may not be "CROME" (or Chrome, whatever) itself that is the issue, but a possible coruptive program.

Do you have a wideband? You're either running very lean or you have a fuel delivery issue.... what pump are you running?

Cel 22 is the VTEC oil pressure switch, do you have an oil pressure gauge? You might have an oil pressure issue which could be causing turbo problems, the cel, and potentially damage your motor

I do I have a wide band when it bogs it goes rich and the car has brand new oil pump and I do I have a oil pressure gauge. its getting plenty of oil pressure. when I got it tuned my air fuels were great all around and then when it bogs it doesn't matter how much fuel was added or takin away it wont go past 0psi and rpms don't increase

Well you clearly have a VTEC solenoid issue which means VTEC won't engage which means running rich

Replace the pressure sensor on the solenoid or the whole thing then see what happens

Can't fix anything or help you until you get that fixed
