boost bogging?!!?!?

Default boost bogging?!!?!?
i went up to the tracks today for the first time with my turbo set-up, when i went down, as soon as i hit ful boost in second gear, the rpms would drop a lil then go up then drop a lil then go up, i have no clue what could be causing, can anyone help?
