How many Engne Solid mounts for Drag Racing?
I bought the 3 Hasport engine Solid mounts, but asking me about the 2 others in front of the gearbox and engine?
Do I need to keep or get out them?

You mean tq mounts?
Im using avid billet solid mounts together with their torque mounts.
Its not a bad idea to upgrade then considering the stocks ones are worn out.

I subscribe to the theory that if you can fit the torque mounts then you might as well run them...some setups don't allow for the torque mounts to be installed because of intercooler pipe routing, etc...and we have many customers just running the 3 solid mounts....but if you can fit them, might as well run them, even if they are just oem ones with polyurethane inserts
just installed the avid solid torque mounts in my car... If you have room for them they can only help the way I see it.
I had a L bracket made for the tranny mount that went forward to the three bolts for the traction bar. On the crank side a straight steel plate was attached to the lower front mount bracket forward to the traction bar mount.

It was 100% rigid?
If you can fit them, they definitely can't hurt.
I used this bracket that I found laying around from an AEM intake awhile back, added some bracing to it, gave me about an extra 1.5" of clearance over the OEM bracket/bolt combination.
Here's a picture from AEM

They are on here in on of rota92 threads about the car.
Sorry I've ben busy at night doing home projects, I did think about adding pictures but I can't from here at work.
Yes they were solid. My thought was you want the driveline moving as little as possible under full boost so the shift rods have a ideal slide path.
Ryan said the car shifted great every shift.
I'll try and remember to post pictures tonight.
I'm sure if you look down in the car and picture in your mind how a L bracket would fit from the front of the tranny to the three bolts where the tiedown bracket was, you could figure it out. Same on the other side.
For the Hot Rod car we never finished I had a solid top tranny mount to the side frame rail too.
Here found them, the drivers side is attached to the modified stock bracket for the D series. I had to cut the bracket so the top mount manifold would fit.
