motor mounts
the nuts welded inside the frame rail for the front mounts on my eg
broke during my teardown so I can't remove them unless I cut them out I was wondering if I need those mounts if I run aftermarket mounts? also looking for suggestions on mounts will be a z6 pushing 300 hp. I've heard mixed reviews on energy suspension inserts and good things about innovative. I'm kind of on a budget so help would be appreciated

Those are the torque mounts. I don't recommend it but people swear that with hard poly aftermarket motor mounts you don't need them. Hasport recommends against this practice. This does NOT extend to inserts. If you run strictly OEM then these are not an option to go without.
