550+ hp engine mounts?
Whats everyone running for big power b series in a eg? I see alot of guys with just hasport and such but I cant get my head around going from five mounts to three and running some decent power. Is anyone still running the two front mounts or are they just plain not needed?

3 motor mounts is plenty enough. no need for the front torque mounts. using solid mounts. or even hasport 88A mounts are plenty enough.

Thre mounts is plenty, if you want to run the front lower torque mounts just get inserts with stock mounts. I personally run all stock mounts with inserts in all five of them and my motor is rock solid and doesnt vibrate like a heavier duty mount will do

Hasport or innovative, both good companies, hasport's are easier to come by. I wouldn't recommend the solid mounts, unless the car was gonna be just a drag car, and you were going with something like a long shifter setup from t1.

the GForce shifter requires solid mounts only.
you dont need all 5 mounts with the race mounts

I used the Hasport 88A "extreme race" mounts with high 500's whp and they were great... Engine was rock solid... Zero movement at all... I am using them again on my new setup that should make close to 800whp... I will eventually switch to solid mounts when I get the T1 shift kit and MFactory Pro Syncro gear set....
