Default B18 rebuild questions.

So i just picked up an ls, B18a1 today. And there is no crosshatching in the cylinder walls, And i couple marks im not really liking so im going to rebuild the bottom end, I was wondering if there is sleeves in the cylinder walls that i can replace or if i should just get the walls bored out at a machine shop? I was just planning on boring it out, Replacing all gaskets, Bearings, Pistons, And rings. The motor has 177xxx on it. What do you guys think? should i replace more? I'm just trying to rebuild stock internals for boost. Should i also pick up arp rod bolts? I'm going to get arp headstuds? Thanks ahead guys, Any help is appreciated.

I've got a question so I have a 1994 civic ex that used to be automatic that was coverted to manual and I recently put a b18b1 that's out of a 1994 integra but the only problem I'm having is that it only revs to 6000 rpms and I have no check engine lights I need help figuring this out!!!!!
