Wideband, boost gauge, some sort of tuning software and and oil drain line and that should get it running

Tuning. Have someone tune your car and you don't need the wideband unless you want to keep check of your AFR to make sure it doesn't lean out on you because of bad gas or other things. Not a bad thing to have IF it has an alarm or you watch it regularly.

x2 especially on the gauges They can save your car if something ever goes wrong. You could also if there isnt a tuner around you get a basemap loaded on your ecu by either xenocron or phearable to get you to the tuner and get the car running. I used xenocron on my b18a1 and it ran perfectly fine very rich.

-don't need a boost controller, just get the proper size waste spring.
-don't think you need a 3" exhaust since you're turboing a stock LS.
-need to add fuel pump
-since you're saying you're having money problems, i'd skip the wideband for now
-i'd possibly opt for a tunerview instead of a boost controler
