p28 Hondata s300, can't pass 1psi boost..?

Original Harness JDM
Change ECU to P28 with S300.
Hondata 4 bar MAP sensor.
Car worked great for months. Did a engine service, change plugs, oil, clean injectors.. normal thing. Worked good for a few weeks. One morning turned it on, CEL light remained on, and couldn't pass 1 PSI boost. Car would bogg down, kinda like a boost cut. Funny thing is it wouldn't happen all the time. Sometimes I would start the car and all would be OK, till CEL light comes on. BTW Funny idle when CEL light is on...
Checked codes, seemed bad air temp sensor. Fixed that. same thing.... so far no CEL codes..
