Default Hondata problem s200

Car runs fine, soon as i hit boost i get a cel, just for a sec, then it goes away.
So i datalogg to see what codes i get, no codes, just check engine light and rev limit lite come on just for a sec, then they go out.
Car is only boosted 6psi, My hondata does have boost option, i checked.
There are no codes in hondalogger either.
This is a new setup just put on the car, haven't been to the dyno, is this just some kind of a safety feature till i get the car up to the dyno?, seems weird, car runs fine until u hit boost. Any ideas?

Sounds like you may have a boost cut enabled.
Take the car to your local tuner & get it checked out.

Not sure there is any local tuners around the corner in Egypt...but, you could email a Hondata tuner your file to take a look at.

Just look at the CEL Shift light feature and see where it is set and what your boost cut is set at.

Well i found out boost cut is enabled.
Also would i need to burn a new chip just to disable the knock sensor?

yes the chip must be reburned in order to make any changes

This is why the s300 is much more user friendly
