I have a complete stock 1993 sol with d15 1.5 engine. I got the car with that faded cf hood and those fugly z3 fenders which i hate a lot btw... and the only aftermarket part that I can think of that this car has is it's rear brake rotor which are AEMs but as far as the exterior what else can I do with it? I mainly want to give her more "oomph" or power in her but I just don't know where to begin? any suggestions would be koo

 

Throw a stock B20 swap in that little car, it would be loads of fun

 

You can do anything with the exterior that you want. Stare at it awhile from different angles and decide what you think it should look like. As for power, I'd start with a swap as deetz said.

 

get a lip, lower it, nice wheels, get rid of those ugly fenders, and paint everything one color

then swap out the d15 for any other motor honda makes, preferably a bseries or d16z6 if cash is a problem and a turbo setup

an h22 swap would also make that car lots of fun

 

do an ek front end conversion :]
that would look hella clean

 

go crazy with it , put the engine in the trunk , make it a RWD

id say if you like SOHCs get a jdm d15B or d16.
otherwise swaps like b18c5, b20, h22. you could do a b16 but, as a fair warning thats what i have and if i picked again knowing what i know now id have taken the h22.

then decide turbo,spray, or NA.

 

h22 with a 50 or 75shot would be crazy and reliable

 

I don't care for NOS. Back the day, i used to run a reliable setup, just as you mention, BUT, it's hard on the engine.....my great engine started burning oil by the end of th 1st summer, and continued to use more the nest year.

An H2B swap would be fun, as long as your ok with no p/s or a/c
