Double check 10A dash fuse 19. A blown fuse does not always look blown.

If the fuse is fine, check the three wires (Red, Red/Blk, and Blk) in the dimmer switch connector. The Red and Red/Blk wire should measure battery voltage to body ground with the Parking Lights switch on. The Blk wire is ground and should have continuity to body ground.

The dimmer switch controls voltage and provides ground for the cluster and heater control panel lights circuit.

OP, do the heater control panel lights work? If so, it could be a cluster or cluster wire problem. However, if both the cluster and heater control panel lights don't work, do the troubleshooting I mentioned.

clock, heater control, radio....all work.

I will try swapping out clusters and see if that fixes the problem.

You mean the back lights, right? Do they brighten and dim with the dimmer switch? If so, check the Red and Red/Black wires/terminals in the cluster connector. Do they have battery voltage? Are they damaged?

i temp fixed mine by unplugging the dimmer and bridging the wires with a paper clip. i left it that way because im cheap and lazy but its a way to test it without buying a new dimmer switch.

yeah the back lights works. I can use the dimmer switch to dim the climate control. I will check and see if the wires have voltage! It looks like the wires behind the cluster has been messed with.

The dimmer switch is fine if it dims the climate control lights. No need to jump the dimmer connector. Test the cluster wires.

You need to edit your topic title for 2 reasons:

1) No one will read a thread without a subject specific thread title, you have a better chance at replies with a more specific title

2) This will never be found in the search engine.

Read stickies before you post.
