Default Cluster, Turn Sisgnal and Clock all stoped working

As the title says, my cluster lights still work and my hazard lights still work so its not the relay. I checked all my under hood and underdash fuses and they're all fine. Is there a fuse that controls the cluster, signals, and clock. The car is a 1995 Civic Si-R (Japanese model)

I checked each fuse about 3 times now and they're all good. My back up lights are also not working but my back up fuse is fine. From the research that I've done i think I have a bad ground, but I have no idea where the ground cable is for the signals.

me and my cousin found out one night(the hard way off takin the dash apart) that the hazard switch controls the turn signals, cluster lights, and radio bezel light

Your right the switch is after the relay so it's probably good. I would suspect the switch itself because each light has it's own ground.
Does the clock do anything at all?

I installed a whole new gauge cluster and it still isn't working. Is there a fuse or a ground that the signals, cluster, reverse lights, and clock are hooked up to? I'm pretty sure thats my problem.
