Default Is the drain pan the ONLY drainage point for a turbo outlet?

I would rather buy brass fittings or something than take my pan off and weld a fitting into it. Thanks for all your input. Also, if I do have to tap my pan, where on it should I? Thanks

You are going to need to return it to a point so that is can refiltered before entering the engine. After all the research and cost, it is better to just get the pan welded.
