IACV problems

My car keeps tripping code 14, for the IACV. i have taken this off and cleaned it. my car runs fine when cold, once it warms up to normal temperature it hesitates and bogs out at anything under ~4k rpms. anything above and it does fine about 80% of the time, only occasionally bogging out. it idles fine at about 900 rpms (a bit high) but it doesnt surge or pulse, its real steady. im trying to see if its something small or if i should replace it. any help would be greatly appreciated, been having this problem for the past week :/
