I did an auto to manual to my 97. Linkage works perfect. You'll need linkage, peddal assembley, cluster, shift boot, trans, clutch, flywheel, clutch and flywheel bolts, and an auto to manual coversion mount (hasport makes them). Do a little research, I had to change my intake manifold because the IACV was part of the throttle body on the Y8. I'm not sure if your motor (Z6 i'm guessing) will have problems with this. You'll also have to cut the bubble off underneath the car where the auto shift cable goes through and cover the hole with something. Axles don't matter as they are the same.

The brake lines don't need to be touched. You will also need the clutch master and slave cylinder and hydraulic lines that go from the master to slave cylinder from the donor car.

In an automatic EG and DC the transmition mount sits up higher and the actual bulkhead on the frame rail is different. You can either weld a new bulkhead on the frame rail or get the mount that will bolt to the manual trans and rise up enough to bolt into the automatic bulkhead.

You'll probably have an extra plug from the auto harness. You'll also need to wire up your reverse lights.
