440cc injectors, is a 180lph pump big enough???
I have a D16Z6 with a t3 turbo and some 450cc injectors, i have just obtained a 180lph MR2 turbo fuel pump, will this flow enough fuel to run upto 10psi??
I have a S-AFC to control the fuelling but do i need a bigger pump?? what spec is the standard civic pump??

well i can run the hack or a FMU cos i have both a 12:1 FMU and a S-AFC but what i need to know is if the following pump is good enough to run 45occ injectors up to 10psi
PUMP SPEC= 180lph @ 43psi @ 12v
225lph @ 43psi @14v
PUMP SPEC= 180lph @ 43psi @ 12v
225lph @ 43psi @14v
You cant run an fmu on that pump, it will crap out on you before you reach 90psi or more which you will be doing with a 12:1 fmu. Just use the afc and injectors and thats it.
yeah i understand that i dont need to use the FMU but once again what i actually need to know is will a 180plh pump be good enough to use with 450cc's and a SFC hack??
I ask because evryone seems toi have 255lph pumps, so i want to know if a 180lph pumps is up to the job
thanks

Shouldn't be a problem but if you want Viren is having a groupbuy on walbro 255lhp pumps up until this wednsday, I'm assuming a 180lph is bigger then stock? Cause right now all I'm using is stock pump with afc hack at 7 psi and I'm rich as *****.
