Engine run find under no load condition. As soon as you advance the throttle quickly. The engine sputters really bad. With a full tank of gas the sputter isn't as bad.

I change everything ignition wise. Plugs, wires. distrib cap, coil, ignition module. rotor.
I checked fuel pressures = okay
listen too injectors = okay
Change fuel filter.
Check all sensor = okay

Does anyone have any other suggessions?

 

Have you checked the mechanical and ignition timing?

Ya I checked the timing that was Okay. I even installed a new a chipped P-28 ECU.

Maybe the IACV? I had a 3 wire -> 2 wire IACV but forgot to repin the ECU, didnt throw a code, but wasn't opening the IACV. Whenever you eased into the throttle, it was fine, but if you just punched it it'd about die. Sounded like i was suffocating it.

 

see if you can get your hands on p13 ecu or maybe a p30 and see if that helps
