use the same axles(type r) shiftlinkage and mounts.

Forgive my stupidity, but what is a Civic Jordan? Does it have a jumpman logo and cost 4x more than normal Civics?
Yes, it will drop straight in, but you may have to do some mild modification depending on the years of the car and the engine. This includes a bit of rewiring, changing motor mounts, axles, shift linkage, etc. Not too difficult.
