civic 1997 engine convert
hey i was just wondering how hard is it to swap a b16a engine in a normal honda civic hatch car 2 a integra type-R engine.. like a b18b-R?? plz help..
oh yeah, and wat is better a type-r convert or a turbo in a b16a engine?

no actually i havent got the b16a... i have just the normall shitty. 1.6lt SOHC...
so in that case wat is better..
turbo or engine convert and if so, wat engine and wat turbo...
and could u please tell me how easy it will b to do it! thanks heaps.. later all

swap is easy, u need the rear mount off of the 99-00 si's, u can use the rest of your mounts and modify the driver side mount to work. of course u need linkage, motor, ecu, axles, tranny, get the right year ecu u don't state what year u have the 99 up has enhanced obd 2 so its different than the 96-98 ecu's. i'm sure i've over simplified it and left a bit out. also do a search i know this has been covered a million times.
