Default misfire need help

My car has had a cel for cylinder misfire in all cylinders, and it bogged and sputtered in low rpms. I changed the plugs/wires, cap and rotor it helped it out a lot, it doesn't sputter or bogg anymore but there is no low end power at all it feels like somethings clogged. It still has cel on, but someone said my cat could be clogged and i know mines bad could that be it or something else? anything helps

How's your gas mileage? Is the CEL still on? Try doing more maintenance. Replace fuel filter, pcv, air filter etc...

Could be a bad o2 sensor. I've had pretty bad gas mileage since I swapped my b18c and at first it had some stuttering issues. I've done just about every maintenance thing I can think of, and have so far stopped the stuttering but my fuel economy still suffers. Vtec doesn't have much, if any kick either. So its just a suggestion. The o2 sensors are gonna be the next thing I try.
