should this be clean??
There will usually be a line of grime there, and unless your gas pdeal sticks I'd leave it alone. some people go gung-ho and spray too much carb cleaner in there and end up screwing up a MAP/TPS/IAT sensor when trying to clean out the throttle body.
Are you asking out of curiousity,or are you having an issue with the gas pedal/throttle?

BTW:
You could always take a clean rag or spray a LIGHT mist of carb/choke cleaner on a rag and wipe that area out while holding the butterfly open - ENGINE OFF of course.

I'm just not a fan of the "spray carb cleaner in and hold the throttle open" method that so many people try.

Don't use carb cleaner... Use intake cleaner. Its meant to be safe for sensors on fuel injected cars and its the same price.
If it still sticks after you clean it, you can also adjust the throttle stop screw on the throttlebody.

i am bored, but i have looked everywhere for a diagram of the throttle body and how to take it apart to clean, but i have found nothing. any help???

take the throttle body off the intake manifold and clean the butterfly and inside the throttle body, like B18C5 said, dont use too much, you'll screw your sensors for sure. you dont need to completely disassemble the throttle body. if you really want to disassemble if, but a new one first.
Do not disassemble the throttle body.
I wouldn't even bother taking the throttle body off the intake manifold - just open the throttle plate and wipe the area out with a slightly damp (with carb/choke cleaner) rag and then wipe clean with a dry, lint-free rag.

Just FYI, the Majestic Honda parts site has throttle body gaskets for like $3 for the Z6.
My throttle stuck on a road trip I went on the other day. When I'd mash the gas my engine would idle around 2000 rpms. Just as a quick fix, I put a little motor oil on the spring for the butterfly valve and it fixed it. You could try cleaning your spring, that at least wouldn't hurt anything. I know I'll have to once the oil collects more dirt.
