Is there a way to make every new person visit the FAQs and rules for each section of the site BEFORE they can start a new thread in that section? Im so tired of seeing these "Is this a good ......." or any number of varitions of this same generic question. It seems its always from some newbie and every time they get referred to the FAQs, so why not just make them visit it before they post in that section.

This keeps happening in all the sections, but especially the FI, Welding, and Drag sections....This is a perfect time to do it, because people are still getting used to the new format and you could just make EVERYONE visit FAQs once
