Default Sorry in advance. Pre turbo questions

To start off a have a DD 01' gsr. the only things done to it are cai, header, and exhaust. One day i would like to turbo my car but i don't have the patience or the will to save for a long time and build my car up all at once for a turbo so i am looking to build up everything i can before the extremely expensive stuff.
So my question is what things can I do myself for parts before i pick up the turbo like cams or things such as that. What brands should i go with and when should i start worrying about tuning? and how much HP would i have with the minor stuff? Thanks in advance.

Upgrade your clutch, get a 3" exhaust, get a good ems, larger injectors, upgrade fuel pump... That's it, its now turbo time

Yes DONT DO IT! Not worth it waste of time and money

now when the tuning comes into play you are in a place where there are good tuners around! RREV Motorsports or English Racing could take care of your tuning needs! PM me if you want their numbers.

It's going to take a while but i want to do everything 100% correctly i don't want to go cheap anywhere therefore money isn't going to matter because im just going to build up a stack of parts until im ready to dump it all in.
