Everyone is going to ask your goals, and what your going to do with the car, but I recently rode in a stock b20 with a 57 trim t04e with a .63 hot and it pulled ok on low boost on the street.

7s sould be very simple.. i went 7.4 with a stock bottem end b16, with a t3/t61 at 12psi.. on drag radials.. if i were you having a built motor sould be able do do this no problem..

You should go bigger on your injectors, maybe like a 750cc/780cc that way you dont have to upgrade later when u get more boost hungry, especially with that built bottom end. I would assume the 450's would have a high duty cylce at around 300whp anyway.
