stupid question, but are you talking about a jackson s/c? if so, the map on the tb wont see boost as it is before the supercharger.

The sensor won't affect the boost, you'll make as much as you have the pulleys for, but your ECU will only see as much as the sensor can register, which I think is 10-11 for a Honda sensor.

If your know it will be a fixed 12psi, you can still use your stock MAP, which barely reads past 11psi. For all it cares, 40psi is the same as 11psi, same as 12psi will be reported to the ecu as 11psi. If you run the 11psi fuel column a bit rich, you will get away with it being at 12psi. 10psi with be fine, 11psi will be rich, and 12psi will probably be fine. One thing to note, some cars make more boost, some less, on the same pulley.

But it matters where the map is plumbed into. It can be plumbed after the blower which will see boost. I think he is confused. Most say the stock map is good to around 11psi. i think thats what he meant.

i jus thought if i were to upgrade that map sensor i would get the 12psi the pulley claims for extra power instead of 10
