Default Just swaped. no fuel? bad ECU?

Just swapped a '99 LS motor into a '99 coupe. We used a ODB2b to ODB2a jumper harness.

Trouble shooting: i kept blowing the FI E/M Fuse under the hood so i unpluged almost the hole harness and as soon as i turn the key to ON fuse blows still. Finally i plug in my friends GSR(chipped p28) ecu and it dosnt blow. I pluged the harness back in and still didnt blow

PROBLEM: if i use my p75 it will blow the fuse every time i turn the key. Is my ECU bad? Also even if i use either my p75 or my friends GSR(chipped p28) ECU the fuel pump wont prime. I checked all my fuses under my dash also, i don't think my fuel pump is bad because it worked rite before the swap took place. car cranks fine but im not getting fuel and im running out of options.

any help would be great

EDIT: I searched everything i think it could possibly be

I've done a swap like this and where the ecu is there is another green harness plug make sure it's plugged in. My first swap i forgot t plug it in (which i didnt even have to unplug it) and the car didnt start or 2 days until i realized it.

ck your main relay.

and something is grounding out, was the ecu ck'd before you did the swap?

Plugged in my friends b16 ECU and it started rite up So either my ECU(p75) or jumper harness is bad.. also i only throw crank positioning sensor code. I thought there would be more issues running a ODB2b ECU and harness with a ODB2a motor. although my car redlined at 3k with b16 ECU and redlined at 3500 using a odb2b to odb1 jumper and stock odb1 LS ECU. not sure what to do about that

we established that. need to know if the p75 LS ECU has an immobilizer. that might cause it?
