Default weird problem runnin rich...idk what it is. need help!!

ok i would have searched but idk what to type in there. lol here is my car....93 civic cx hatch with a d16z6 swap and a subharness to convert the 1 wire o2 to the 4 wire o2 sensor and to hardwire vtec.

i had this motor in a hatch before and it ran PERFECT besides the syncronisers grinding. had all the same things in it except a VAFC was hooked up in my previous one. then i put the motor in my other hatch after i wrecked the one it was in and now it runs rich as ****. i was getting a code (dont know which one...havent checked it). i pulled the plugs about 5 days ago and they were BLACK along with a used honda o2 sensor from a local junkyard. i bought new plugs and a bosch factory replacement o2 sensor from advance. i have had it in about 40 miles and the o2 sensor is black again and i still get a check engine light. idk what the problem is with the car. anyone have any ideas?? im just about to trade it for a teg or drop a b16 or ls in it and say forget the single slammer.

I know that you can adjust for your car to run rich or lean on those apexi VAFC, just don't really know how, I havn't messed with one.

well for the time being, if I was you.. I would loosen up the tps screws and turn it to make it a little more lean.. just so that it doesn't keep ruining ur o2 sensor and such.
