Default Boost Leak 70mm Mustang Throttle Body

I'm just trying to figure the most likely source for this leak. The leak is around the T/B, I'm assuming I need a new gasket there. Just trying to figure if that's what everyone else thinks and where I can grab it. I have an edelbrock I/M and an adapter for the mustang T/B. Thanks a lot guys.

My buddy has one on his evo and he had a huge leak coming out of a fitting on the back side that he tried to plug but it would still leak n blow off under boost. he ended tapping and plugging it. welding it would fix it as well.

How can we diagnos your boost leak with just a sentence or two? You'll have to check each surface for flatness & replace the gaskets just like everyone else who has ever had a leak.

BTW make sure you plug the TB's idle screw - that's the likely culpret. The two moostang TB's I have seal well enough when tightened, but they are OEM, not aftermarket. There are too many little differences between all of Ford's modular V8 TB's to even list, let alone aftermarket units. If you understood how many makes/models they were put in, you'd understand.

na I'm going to assume the 300 other boost leaks were the reason.... Putting things back together fast didn't help too much haha. But the car pulls nice now... just wish I could get traction in any gear on street tires.

I understand that man... just trying to see what common issues people have had with these. Thanks for the input, sometimes there is a really common issue amongst the entire line... thus I would be able to check that first. But sounds good thanks again for the input.
