Don't think in terms of PSI, think in terms of power. How much power are you trying to acheive?
With that said, GET A GOOD TUNE. Nothing else will help you motor last longer.

450cc dsm injectors can be had for extreamly cheap if your looking to save a couple bux. But be sure to have someone tune the car that really knows what they are doing.
Best of luck to ya.

PM Marcus (slotec). He had a B20/vtec setup with an ITR head, and it was pretty strong. Made 344 whp with the stock block, but Im not sure at what psi. Marcus, chime in if Im incorrect.
Try not to think of it in terms of psi because a gt40R will move more air at 10 psi than a t04b. If its a daily driver, i personally wouldnt go over 300whp with it regardless of the rest of the setup. Always leave room for error.

You can achieve that with a stock b20. unless you've already bought the vtec head, if so, you'll achieve that goal alot easier.
What size turbo you planning on running?

ha ha the money it would cost him to get that power n/a he could build his block and do 400
just do a simple setup and put down 250 and be happy with it, keep it safe and have somoene professionally tune it

Yea it made 344whp and 250tq at around 7,000 rpms before it came off the dyno from my wastegate melting a strap. This was on a t3/t4 .63 AR on 13 psi stock internals. I never had a problem with it until I missed a gear and overreved the motor then spun a rod bearing
. Definately a fun motor, I have some plans of doing a built one soon on high boost
