b20 vtec injector help
i just got a b20z vtec setup installed in my 97 civic and as of rite now are running the stock d series 190cc injectors. The motor isnt getting enough fuel obviously and am wondering what injectors to use on this setup? I have a gsr head on a b20 block. Head is fully built and block is stock. Any input is appreciated thanx

either get the EX/Si - GSR/LS injectors which are 240 cc, or find some 290-320cc injectors.
then get the motor tuned- big thing on how that motor will last and desired power output.
based on how you said bottom end is stock... did you at least change the OEM rod Bolts??? if not i would kiss your engine and say farewell to it as the b20 is not designed to rev over 7000 rpm. so by replacing the rod end cap bolts, you can rev it higher and take advantage of the vtec conversion

the 1997 and up prelude with the H22 Vtec motor will work they are 280 cc and are Saturated.
if you get the 1992-1996 prelude vtec injectors, they are peak and hold, so you will need a resister box for these ones.

if you get the 92-96 which are peak and hold, and require the resister box, they flow at 345 CC compared to the 97 and up ones which are saturated and flow at 290 cc

sorry for the late reply and i just noticed this is the accord forum... what year is your car? if its 95 and below, your car is already got the external resister box....
so run the peak and hold ones if you can. if you get saturated ones, you will need to find the resister box and remove it.
as for locating the resister box, it is near the brake master cylinder. the harness is plugged into the big connector and its a big finned metal box.
