Throttle Question ?

Does anybody know what % a throttle should be open, at Idel >?

Yeah, 0%. The IACV and idle adjustment screws controls the air let in during idle

i have a aftermarket TB, but when i set it to 0% i can only get it to open to 85.7%, shouldnt it be opening all the way to 100 % ?

what TB do you have..?? at WOT yes it should be at 100%, thats what that adjuster is for on the throttle cable...

How are you measuring 100% ? mecanically or with the tps outout voltage ? is the tps idle voltage set correctly, if it doesn't reach 100% output voltage for your car then maybe as before mentioned, the throttle cable needs ajusting or maybe the cam is the wrong ratio for your setup.
