Default Little things

Just recently got my 99 civic si,with 96,xxx miles.

Just wanted to see the things honda tech users would do to it.
Preferably "little" things but feel free to post everything you would do to it.

Im not really worried about the exterior,or interior just mainly under the hood.

I know everyone is going to say "security"!,if you say something like that list name brands/exactly what each device does.

This is my first car and im just looking for ideas, have a few things in mind but i know i forgot alot of stuff.

thanks

Except for maybe 2 things you listed, that would all be a good waste of money on a stock n/a b16

Ok, the only things that would make any horsepower would be the exhaust and the intake manifold.

Ive seen built b16's make up to and past 400hp with stock ignition and fuel rails.

Unless your doing any kind of tuning, i would leave the stock fuel rail and pressure regulator on, theres no need for it as well as the fuel pump. Leave it alone, unless your looking into turbo and high hp numbers.

Depends on your goals. Search...I mean your question is so broad and you can figure this out easily by doing research. Everybody is going to have their own opinions.

depending on what you want, turbo or natural aspiration. if you don't want forced induction [like myself] you might want to consider things like a metal headgasket, type r pistons, throttle body, intake, exhaust, ect........

I lovvvve Si wheels.

Since you're not worried about exterior/interior I would say a good alarm and turbo.

drop it, si wheels look good dropped, thin side molding, rear lip, paint the fog light housings blue. asr subframe brace (stock sway bar can bend the subframe, i just had that problem myself) a decent turbo setup, and you will be set.
