Default TPS HELP

We was hooking a zex kit up to a d16 the kit did not activate with the engin running and did with it off. So we did some testing and found out that the tps reads 1.2V with the key on at closed throttle and when the engin is running it reads verry low less the the .45V it is supose to. Any ideas what to do? BTW no CEL's. and the tps has not been tuched it uses the factroy screw rivits.

Are you getting any codes? If not it should be fine. Get a second opinion maybe run to your local Honda dealer.

Well we did not cure the problem but worked arount it. I used a multimiter to test the Volts at WOT with the engin running and it came to 2.0V. Then I shut the engin off and set the zex system to active at 2.0V this was barley open throttle but when the car is running it is full throttle.
