Default crank/ oil pan.....

I had a return line fitting welded in my oil pan today and i put the motor back together, well the return fitting sticks inside the oil pan maybe half of an inch and stupid effing me didn't think any thing about clearance until the car was basically finished. Now should i drawn the oil and rip the car apart again or should i be good on clearance?

the fitting is located high up on the deep end.

depends on where you have it welded. If i remember correctly its supposed to be welded on the deep part of your oil pan. I'm not really sure. Maybe someone more experienced will chime in. GL
