Default Help with my Turbo Build!!!

Whats Up guys my names Tom

I have a 2001 integra type r stock internals w/
-greddy turbo kit at 7 pounds
-hondata s200
-660 injectors
-walbro 225 lph fuel pump
-greddy elec boost controller
-irridium plugs
-fuel pressure regualtor
-3"dp, not cat 3" all the way thermal exhaust

i made 220 whp on a mustang dyno

so that was fun but now I want to make more power
My power goal is around 500-600whp maybe around 21-28lbs of boost

This is what I am thinking about. Ditch the set-up I have now and get

-gt35r turbo
-full race ram horn manifold
-44mm tial wastegate
-tial blow off
-keep my greddy intercooler

Will i need bigger injectors and fuel pump?

I also want to build the block. This what I am thinking.

-sleeve it
-lower compression pistons and rods

I dont know what kind of sleeves, pistons or rods to buy.

Any input would be apprectiated and one pic just beacuse.

who are you going to have assemble the motor? or do you want to get an already assembled one? what is your price range total for the build? are you going to be drag racing? road racing? and yes you might need a bigger pump and injectors

I will be doing some drag racing
but mostly I just want a more powerful machine

as for the engine being assembled I'm not really sure. Would it be good to for me to take out the block and have a shop put in the sleeves and pistons?

How big of injectors and fuel pump do I need?

That's what he's asking. Are you going to do the assembly or do you want a shop to do it? Labor costs a lot. If you are looking to get a built block, look here:

http://www.laskeyracing.com/shop/bensonstory.htm

Dan Benson uses Darton Sleeves that are built especially for him. It costs about $3500, but it's a fully built block (including CP pistons and Pauter rods).

If you do the assembly yourself, it may save you a few hundred dollars. You will still have to send your block out for any machine work... (re-sleeve or re-hone, etc.)

Maybe 750-1000cc. Are you sure your pump is only 225 lph? You'll probably have to go with the 255 lph pump.

i dont have any prior experience with assembling a block but i guess i could do it myself but i would still have to have someone put the sleeves right

and as for the fuel pump its a 255

do you think i could get the (sleeves+labor for installing sleeves), pistons and rods for around 2000

and then i could just install the pistons and rods and put the engine back together

http://www.laskeyracing.com/shop/sleeving.htm

Sleeving for your block, according to them, is $975 + $50 shipping. That's a good deal and would fall within your budget. The rest of the cash you could spend on pistons and rods. I would look for a forged set of pistons (CP, JE, Wiseco) and rods that can handle turbo (pauter, manley (turbo tough rods), eagle). I wouldn't trust any machine shop to do your sleeving. Dan Benson is the only machinist I would trust sleeving a Honda block.
