Default How much WHP with this setup???

How much WHP would this setup on a D16Y8 net?...

Greddy TD-04H Turbo Kit at 14.7psi(1bar)
Greddy Large Intercooler
Blitz Dual-Drive Blow-Off Valve
Walbro/Holley/Bosch 255lph Fuel Pump
J&S Ultra Safeguard Version 2
Blitz Turbo Timer
Blitz I-D Boost Controller or Hondata Stage II w/ Boost
AEM FPR w/ B&M Fuel Pressure Gauge
ACT/Exedy Clutch
Custom 2.5" Downpipe
SMSP 3" Carsound Cat
Thermal 3" Turbo Exhaust
Greddy A/F Meter
RC Engineering 440cc Fuel Injectors
Bored Throttle Body & Match-ported Intake Manifold
FAL Fan
Koyo Radiator for GSR
Crane Hi6 Ignition Amp and LX91 Coil
A'pexi V-AFC
Arias Pistons, Pauter Machine Connecting Rods, Ductile Iron Sleeves
Dyno Tuning

I've been told that even with the new pistons, rods, and sleeves, the D16 would still only be able to handle about 15psi consistently and stay safe and reliable. Is that true?...or can it take more boost safely? Also, I've heard that the TD-04H turbo in the Greddy kit maxes out at about 15psi. Is this true? If both are true, I guess everything's fine since they coincide. I'm hoping this setup puts down about 250-260WHP. Thanks.

the reason you can only go up to 15psi is that @ 15psi you block itself becomes the weak point, 250whp sounds about right

HP number may be right but that is totally wrong with a sleeved block as d16's have put out well over 350 WHP (net) - see Jason Whitfield car that ran 10.21 @ 141 mph...

Thanks guys for the responses. I did list in my above mods the new sleeves for the block. Still, I've heard that that setup would still only hold about 15psi. I think the D16's putting down 300+whp also have their decks welded closed so they no longer have the open-deck design weakness.

It'll hold over 15psi...I wouldn't go boosting 20psi at every stop light though
