Did you check your fuses?

Is it just your turn signals that stopped or is there any other lights that have stopped as well?

Check this site out while I figure out how to do it on your car.

Ok, put it this way. If you disconnect the hazard light ("flashers") button your turn signal lights won't work. So if it's faulty - worn out, broken etc - ya get no turn signals.

Checking/replacing the hazard light on a 92-95 Civic is easy. Simply pry it out of the dash trying hard no to scar up the plastic. It's got a connector on the back comes off easy.
