slight stuttering under light load
I just finished up a minime swap on my EG Civic : D16Y8 head on a D15B8 block, and have a slight stuttering issue under partial load, but under WOT it pulls just fine.
I haven't adjusted the ignition timing since I got my camshaft adjusted correctly so this I'm sure attributes to it, but if it is still stuttering once adjusted, anything to look for?

O2 is brand new, and if I wired it wrong it would throw a code I'd imagine?
I read somewhere that running a test-pipe could cause this too because the O2 never heats up...

Well your test pipe shouldn't matter, I'm running an open dp and don't have any problems, so you can probably rule that out.
I'd check your injectors, take them out and let them soak in some seafoam, they could be a little clogged and not attomizing the fuel at partial throttle, but at wot they do, give it a try, it'll take 30 min and cost $8.88 for the seafoam

Actually a test pipe can affect the o2 not reading correct from a lack of pressure the o2 will not oscilate to get the reading. Make sure the ign timing is correct and you o2 wiring is correct. Im having a similar problem, and am getting a host of codes that are: IAT sensor, TPS sensor, fuel supply system, lol. My moneys on the o2 or tps if everything is good.

Check spark plug gap. I had mine at .041, lifted it to what I read was stock for my B16A3, which is 051, and made it HORRIBLY worse, then lowered it to 031, and its gone.
