Default Turbodano or the Shodan questions for you guys

is it possible to get a garret turbo and change the turbine side to a BW or bullseye turbine options since there are mor options for t3's other than .36.48.63and.82

some options in between those would be a good options for a street car

We do make a few housings that use some of the Garrett turbine wheels. We cover the T3 high flow or stage 3, O trim, Ptrim, 350 and 351. Gt30, Gt35. Any of the housings we cast can be made that way.

Are there divided t3 turbine housings that could be made to work with t3/t04e turbos?

Seems like Force Peformance is putting a S362 compressor wheel on the gt35r CHRA... Notice its a 7 blade compressor.

We don't use the Garrett parts in our turbochargers. We already make a billet 70mm that has a larger back than that unit and is all Borg and Bullseye Power parts. On our billet 70mm CFT made 826whp. Look to see what he made with that.

Correct. I've been able to do the same thing on a few applications. Once you get to the extended tip series, then the housing choices get scarce, because of the compressor wheel fitment.

FP just started doing that for their FP "RED" series for Evolutions. On what turbodano was saying, when you want to get these changes made for housings, be aware, the cost can go up significantly for it. This is true for many "one offs". The more we see a demand in a particular hybrid application, the less expensive in the long run. But for those that want one or two units, it can be rather costly. Just be aware of that.

well im sure its not the same price as an off the shelf unit

but i figured modified journal bearing turbo vs. modified BB would be cheaper

No. you can't think that way, because sometimes its not the cartridge that makes your cost go up. it is the machining, tolerance, and fitment of the hybrids that make it work. For example, the S370 billet compressor wheel alone is over $500 to the public Some turbine shafts of Garretts won't fit BW compressor wheel & cartridge applications. I just received your pm, with the solution, that is an all BW configuration.
