we currently manufacture the biggest t3t4 on the market, it spools 400 rpm later than a 60-1 with stage 3, but makes way more power, everywhere... and of course it comes with a 4" inlet on the compressor housing.

Re: what t3/t4 has a 4" inlet? (DLB1994)
right now i have a ITS t3/t4e 50 trim , .63 a/r stage 3 turbine, i want something along the same specs, so it will spool around the same time but i want a 4" inlet, and i don;t want a 60-1, is there somehting i can get that about the same size as my t3/t4e 50 trim that has a 4" inlet that's not a 60-1?

garret GT has just replaced the 60-1 with a new model of the 60-1. It is based on GT technology and has many of the same qualities of the old 60-1 but is refined.
We just got our first ones and they are really nice, i will keep anyone interested on how well they perform.

i don;t want a 60-1 b/c i've heard they aren't made for smaller engines running high boost, that they are made for biger engine to produce big power with lower boost and that running high boost will casue stress factures in the wheels?

thats a lie...actually most 60-1's i have come across have sweet spot's in high boost... A 60-1 is pretty inefficient when compared to a t3/t4 at low boost settings...the 60-1 really begins to shine at 14+ psi... There are many 1.6 and 1.8 liter motors that are making some serious power using 60-1's...do a search in the archives...

yes i know they will make good power, but i've heard that high boost for a long period will casue the wheels to crack, maybe i'm wrong, just what i heard, from my turbo guy

ummm thats 100% wrong, many people push 60-1 to way over 20psi. Its a great turbo on the 1.8L.

for what is the 60-1 great? On mountain strret with lots of curves or just on the straight DRAG strip and highway runs?
