map\turbo question
i'm fininshing up the turbo kit on my y-series mini me. i plain on runing 8-10psi. the question is do i need to get an after market 2.5 or 3 bar map or should i run the missing link that i got with my turbo stuff.
stock honda map sensor will be just fine....the missing like is worthless, anything that "tricks" your car into thinking it's doing something it isn't is completely worthless.
if you plan on running more than 10 psi i would get a GM 3 bar or something, but anything under 10 you are fine with the stock honda map sensor.

no, what i'm saying is DON'T use the missing link....the way that it works is it spaces your map sensor further away so it makes the MAP sensor not read as much positive manifold pressure, the only problem is your car adds extra fuel according to what the MAP sensor is reading....so if you have alot more manifold pressure (boost) and your MAP sensor isn't reading it you are going to run extremely lean.
With the amount of boost you plan on running there is no need for you to modify anything with the MAP sensor.
