theoretical question....(tps set higher)
car will probably run very rich at idle because it thinks it is above idle. it might rev higher at idle and it will probably have poor throttle responce

depending on how much off it is...
the RPMs will surge at idle. run rich at all times, and may set a CEL.
reason: the ECU sees certain readings from other sensors (mainly the MAP) and a certain TPS reading, and they don't make sense together.
